As soon as your payment has been verified, we strive to process and ship your order within 6 hours (weekend or holiday orders will be processed the next business day). Immediately upon shipping your order, we'll send a notification email with tracking details so you know exactly when it has arrived at its destination.

Depending on its weight, size, and destination address, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket may all be viable options to deliver it swiftly to its final destination. The courier is selected based on speed of delivery based on our algorithm that considers various factors, including speed of arrival at each address as well as fastest delivery route available.

International Orders typically arrive between 7-10 business days; in some instances they can arrive even sooner than anticipated. While these are typical delivery timeframes, your order may arrive earlier.

Track Your Order

After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can follow it through the courier's tracking system until it reaches you at home.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may incur customs fees or import duties that aren't included in our product or shipping prices; these costs will fall upon you, the customer.

Shipping Delays

Though we strive to ship orders on schedule, occasionally there can be delays due to customs checks, postal disruptions, inclement weather or other unpredictable factors beyond our control. In such instances we thank you for being patient if this occurs as your patience will always be greatly appreciated!

Misleading or Incorrect Address Information

As soon as you submit your order, double-check that your shipping address is correct as we cannot be held liable for delays or lost packages arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order returns back to us due to misaddressed addresses we'll contact you regarding reshipment; in such instances additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages
