At CLASSIYAH Jewellery, our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can certainly assist.

Returns:

- You have a period of 14 calendar days to return an item from the time you receive it.

- To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as received.

- Your item must be in its original packaging.

- Your item must be in the original packaging.

- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

⁠Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

⁠If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

⁠You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Damages and Issues:

Please examine your order as soon as you receive it before leaving your review, and please let us know immediately if there is a defect or problem (any damage, wrong item), and we will promptly investigate and will fix this for you. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Earrings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons

Customized orders or custom sizing requests are non-refundable."

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping:

 ⁠We provide free shipping for orders within the UAE and GCC countries.

For any international order when you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
